Act Two update...

Dear people who still check these emails (or Substack posts),
Welcome back to “The Dominant Ones” the world where the United States is hanging by a thread as a group of mega-corporations slowly corrupt the world around them and treat themselves to finer things in life. We all need a break from real life every so often, right?
Yeah…yeah I am VERY aware of what I wrote and what this story is about, would you believe me if I told you when we began publishing this was supposed to be a cautionary tale that showed, what the would nearly miss? *SIGH* I need a time machine…
So look, we’re here and I pray this doesn’t go further into reality beyond this. So, let’s talk about some things and let you guys know what is coming up.
Previously in Act One:
In act one we learned of a company named ReignOrg that had been for the last nineteen years creating a service class of people dubbed “Servants” Melanie Medina and Maria Espanoza were taken by this company and slowly broken down by Dr. Healey, Gold, and Silver until they became Servants 19-58 and 19-84 respectively. As this was happening Thomas Walker who is the next in line to lead his family company The Walker Company had to navigate the trauma and pressure he felt as his father died and now he is the leader of the largest company in The Chain.
As Thomas’s life turns upside down, Richard Reign sees a chance to take a weakened rival down. However, his son Stephen waits in his shadow to take over the company of ReignOrg, though no one thinks he’ll be able to be able to run it.
Act two will pick up where Act one left off, In this act, Thomas will be slowly stepping up into the world of corporate leadership, we’ll also begin to explore some of our other characters including Tam, Stephen as well as a few new ones that will become major players in their own right and also may set in motion some events that we can’t come back from.
Act two status report:
We’re currently in the production phase, the story is written, and aside from a couple of things Ili is working her way through and doing art for the stories, have to be honest here from what I’ve seen of the early images she’s looking to top her stuff from act one already by chapter two. Don’t believe me? Well…why don’t I tease you?
